Omakase sushi at home
Our takeaway platters are prepared with the same care and standards as the counter service. Chef Vincent Olivier selects the fish of the day from his suppliers along the Basque and Landes coast, and shapes each piece by hand.
Each platter is assembled shortly before collection to ensure optimal freshness. The rice is seasoned with vinegar following Japanese tradition, and the cuts are adapted to each species to reveal the best texture.

For events, birthdays or dinners with friends, the Call of the Sea platter (34 pieces, €68) is ideal for two. The Art of the Gesture platter (12 nigiri, €34) is designed for purists who appreciate the mastery of hand-shaped sushi.
